*Job Summary:* The Assistant Manager supports the Station Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. *Key Responsibilities:* * Assist the Station Manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making. * Supervise staff to ensure a high level of customer service and productivity. * Handle cash, oversee transactions, and manage daily financial records. * Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock replenishment. * Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the gas station premises. * Train and mentor employees to maintain performance and adherence to company standards. * Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. * Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee attendance. * Support promotional activities to boost sales and customer engagement. *Qualifications:* * Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in retail or gas station operations. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, POS systems). * Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations is an asset. *Work Schedule:* Flexible, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. *Compensation:* Competitive salary, benefits, and growth opportunities within the company.
