Job details
Haul-All Equipment Systems is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with strong mechanical design knowledge. Working with a team of bright engineers, you will be responsible for: * Generating and implementing changes to improve quality * Analyzing results of changes based on data analysis and production feedback * Creating and updating bills of materials, processes and procedures * Issuing and implementing required Engineering Action Requests * Supporting sales and service as required * Product design and testing ? designing products for the storage, collection and transfer of waste, recyclable and organic materials * Planning and managing projects related to product development and product improvement * Conducting analytical studies, failure analyses, and giving recommendations to improve the product * Developing and issuing drawings for production Qualifications are as follows: * Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) OR Mechanical Technologist (C.E.T. or P.Tech.) * Minimum of _five (5) years_ of mechanical design experience * Minimum of _three (3) years_ of experience with 3D CAD modelling, knowledge of Creo/Pro Engineer (Pro/E) is an asset * Experience working in a fully integrated manufacturing environment * Expertise in root cause analysis, problem-solving and creating solutions * Experience improving quality and standardization of a product line * Effective technical communication skills, both oral and written * Detail oriented * Strong organizational skills * Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office * Experience integrating electronic sensors and controls into mechanical designs is an asset, but not required * Experience with hydraulic systems is an asset, but not required Haul-All Equipment Systems, a division of Haul-All Equipment Ltd., is a highly successful manufacturer that offers unique solutions for the storage, collection, and transfer of municipal solid waste.
