*\*Part-time, 2-3 days per week.*
*Purpose of the position :*
Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Technician will be called upon to work as part of a dynamic team to support the property accountants in their daily work. The incumbent must be organized and have a proven ability to manage a high volume of information and requests from multiple players with the same quality of work while respecting tight deadlines and working autonomously.
*More precisely, your daily life with us will be like :*
* Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
* Prepare accounting entries
* Reconcile certain balance sheet items and update continuity schedules
* Prepare billing pre-lists
* Reconcile sales taxes and file returns
* Prepare various financial reports
* Answer questions from internal and external customers
* Participate in various special projects
* All other related tasks

*Qualifications required:*
* Minimum 3 years relevant experience
* Strong interpersonal skills, including proven ability to establish and maintain good rapport
* Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
* Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)Form
