Responsibilities: * Manage and train staff; * Plan, organize, staff and control resources in accordance with organizational demands; * Ensure administrative task: report, timesheet, invoice, etc.; * Enter and make sure all information in ERP are entry exact; * Ensure departmental and corporate policies and procedures are communicated and followed; * Inventory and logistics managing. Required qualifications and experience: * Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytic skills; * Experience in managing a team of around 20 employees; * Organizational skills; * Capable of multi-tasking; * Computer skills; * Basic mechanical and electronical skills; * Well-developed leadership and interpersonal skills. Type of work: * Full-Time job; * Monday to Thursday, 10 hours/day, 6:00am to 4:30pm; Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company events Flexible language requirement: * English not required Schedule: * 10 hour shift * Day shift Experience: * plant management: 5 years (preferred) * production management: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationCornwall, ON
