We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a strong foundation. Our approach to learning is a play-based inspired centre. We make the difference together. *Position prerequisites:* * Basic ECE a must (minimum 1 year in the field would be an asset) or An Assistant * Planning and implementing activities * Supervising, ensuring a safe environment for children indoors and outdoors including field trips * Possessing leadership abilities would be an asset. * Able to work collaboratively with the team and provide a positive co-teaching environment. * Must be organized and have excellent communication skills. * Have a desire to work in progressive, kind, and exceptional child care in Kelowna * Have an openness to new learning styles alongside the child's multiple ways of learning. * Light housekeeping expected. We treat our classrooms as a sacred space for the child's learning so keeping them clean and organized and inviting. * Have an attitude of settling into your workspace. We desire educators who are here for a while and have the passion to work with the children/Families and the center. * Be creative and passionate about the field. * Ability to lead the classroom and provocations.
