*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll-Off Truck Driver. Cell phone allowance to support your communication needs on the job. *Shift:* * Monday to Saturday * Start Time: 6:00 AM * 10 - 12 Hour Shifts *Duties:* * Operate roll-off trucks efficiently and safely in compliance with company policies and regulations. * Execute daily routes with precision and punctuality, ensuring timely waste collection and disposal. * Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment, including compactor operation. * Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures at all times. * Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to coordinate pickups and deliveries. *Requirements:* * *Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in roll-off operations.* * Valid DZ or AZ Driver's License and clean driving record. * *Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles, ranging from 13 to 18-speed.* * Familiarity with compactor operations and maintenance. * Clean CVOR & Abstract, reflecting a commitment to safety and professionalism. * Possession of safety boots is mandatory.
