JOB SUMMARY The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all general areas and offices inside Siloam Mission. As part of Siloam Mission's mandate to be a connecting point between the compassionate and less fortunate, the incumbent is expected to facilitate volunteers whenever possible in the performance of his or her duties. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Perform cleaning and sanitizing functions while operating equipment and using necessary chemicals; Restocking areas with necessary supplies; Assist maintenance staff on light maintenance duties and occasional exterior work; Practice correct infection control procedures; Maintain supplies inventory management; Report maintenance related concerns to maintenance staff; Keep all janitorial closets clean and stocked; Ensure that all cleaning equipment is clean and in good working order.
