Job Description Registered Dietitian At Extendicare, we believe that working as a team and celebrating achievements creates an environment that allows us to reach our potential. As a valued member of clinical team, you will provide nutritional care services for residents within legislative and budgetary parameters. This position is for our Extendicare Tecumseh Home, located in Tecumseh, Ontario What you'll be doing Consult with and advise the Dietary Manager and Director of Care concerning nutrition and hydration program needs through performing nutritional assessment using RAI MDS 2.0, nutritional care planning, implementation and follow-up for residents by involving the resident, family members and care team.
