Canko Connected Inc., is a Toronto based corporation providing localization services throughout Ontario. We provide various services to individuals or groups who come for long and short term with purposes such as immigration, education, language and/or just to explore the wonders of Canada. As our business is growing and expanding especially in Toronto, Hamilton and surrounding ares, we are looking for a passionate and resposible individual who can be an addition to our team 1. Job Description - Provide on-site services by giving necessary information to clients - Handle incoming inquiries from clients - Work with school board, financial institutions and real estates personnels. - Troubleshoot client issues on-site and over the phone - Generate schedules for on-site client support - Good communication and project management skills - Language: Must be fluent in Korean / Must be above intermediate level in English - Service Areas: Hamilton, Niagara, Kitchener, Toronto and surrounding areas (within 1 hour distance) 2. Qualifications & Requirements - Experience working in customer support / service - Language: Must be fluent in Korean / Must be above intermediate level in English - Driving a large vehicle (like SUV, VAN) - Have vast understanding about life in Ontario & Canada, and have good knowledge about education system in Ontario - It is okay if you have another flexible job, as hours can be negotiated and arranged 3. Work Locations - On-site / field placements (90%) - Monthly or bi-weekly meeting 4. Work Hours - Working hours will be allocated depending on client support or event needs - Dates can be flexible and arranged with clients - Flexible schedule and hours Job Types: Casual, Freelance Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Call center: 1 year (preferred) * Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M4N 3N1- LocationToronto, ON
