Boulanger Industrial Group has been providing trusted overhead crane, control, millwright, welding and rigging solutions and services to Canada?s National Capital Region for over 30 years. We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and be proficient in various programming languages and tools. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. If you're looking to contribute to a fast-paced, supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth, we'd love to hear from you. *Duties* * Design, develop, and implement software applications using various programming languages. * Collaborate with team members to define project requirements and specifications. * Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables. * Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user experience. * Maintain documentation for software development processes, code changes, and application features. * Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills. *Skills* * Proficiency in programming languages. * Experience with software development methodologies and best practices. * Knowledge of SQL for database management and queries. * Experience using version control systems for collaborative development. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
