Always!. *WHAT SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:* * Welcome and connect with every customer to provide excellent service. * Discover customer needs and appropriately suggest products with every customer to enhance service and meet sales goals. * Assist customers in the selection and purchase of specialty coffee beverages, whole bean and merchandise sales. * Respond to customer needs and thank every customer. * Maintain customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner. * Demonstrate ?just say yes? behaviour when taking care of customer needs. * Prepare a variety of customer beverage orders such as espresso drinks, blended beverages and Coffee of the Day as per Starbucks standards. * Perform daily tasks in accordance with the Duty Rosters and cleaning standards. * Present one self professionally and demonstrate clear communication by using * Star Skills with all customers and partner interactions. * Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing all products. * Perform equipment maintenance. * Follow all Marriott and store policies and procedures. * Learn and demonstrate Creating the Starbucks Experience. * Learn and demonstrate all performance standards * Ensure all areas of Starbucks service are kept clean and organized. * Other reasonable requests *YOUR EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES SHOULD INCLUDE: * * Minimum of one-year experience in a food & beverage environment. * Previous experience in a Starbucks or similar environment. * Excellent communication skills in both official languages (English and French). * Outgoing, strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. * Superior service excellence skills to exceed guest expectations. * Excellent organization skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment. * Competence in handling cash and credit card transactions. * Able to work a flexible schedule (days, evening, weekends/weekdays and holidays). * Previous experience with point of sale systems (Micros) * Ability to stand for long periods * Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds) * Strong attention to detail. _InnVest Hotels is an inclusive employer.
