Education: Bachelor's degree. Work setting: Information technology. Tasks: Consult with clients to develop and document Website requirements. Design and integrate website related code. Determine hardware and software requirements to achieve optimal server performance. Write, modify and test website related code. Write, modify, integrate and test software code. Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required. Source, select and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout and flow of the Website. Create and optimize content for Website using a variety of graphics, database, animation and other software. Lead and co-ordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop Website graphics, content, capacity and interactivity. Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Computer and technology knowledge: Adobe Acrobat Reader. Java. File management software. JavaScript. Web service design. MySQL. Database software. .NET. Programming languages. MS Windows. Personal suitability: Accurate. Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Organized.
