\*Job Summary\*
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.
\*Responsibilities\*
- Greet and check-in guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Address guest complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area
\*Experience\*
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Previous experience in a Hilton Brand or DoubleTree by Hilton is an asset
- Previous experience in OnQ PM is an asset.
- Proficiency in phone systems and Microsoft computer skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest situations tactfully
- French/ English bilingual is an asset
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
