Kennedy Schofield Lutz Lawyers looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to work Monday-Wednesday 9-5, with the expectation that the successful candidate will be able to work additional days during peak seasons of May-October. If you are looking for a supportive environment working with a great group of people, please send your resume and cover letter to Charlotte Edwards - cedwards@ksllawyers.ca Job Duties Include: * Greet clients of the firm upon arrival at reception * Provide assistance to the lawyers in the Firm * Perform general office and clerical duties * Answer phones * Make trips in your vehicle to local banks and law firms to assist with deposits and real estate closings, as needed * Call clients to remind them of appointments * Track cold calls received at reception * Book client appointments * Open / close files * Paralegal support, as needed * Maintain records and files * Assisting with fundraising events * Participation in at least one firm committee (Marketing Committee or Social and Wellness Committee) * And such other tasks as assigned by the Partners of the firm Experience working in a law firm is an asset, but not required. Competitive compensation, medical and dental benefits, and vacation will be offered. Pay will be commensurate with experience. We are situated just twenty minutes from downtown, and parking is available at no cost. Due to the nature of this position, working remotely is not an option.
