The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cheque cashing processes, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>? Provide exceptional customer service to <strong>clients seeking cheque cashing services.</strong><br />? Assist clients in completing<strong> cheque cashing transactions</strong> accurately and efficiently.<br />? Perform thorough verification of client identification, cheque authenticity, and risk assessments.<br />? Ensure compliance with AML and KYC regulations and company policies.<br />? Educate clients on seasonal offers and promotions available in-store.<br />? Call new and existing customers to inform them about available offers.<br />? Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.<br />? Handle inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.<br />? Conduct data reconciliation and perform various administrative duties.<br />? Be responsible for financial instruments, including cheques and cash.<br />? Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>? <strong>1-2 years of experience in cheque cashing services or financial institutions preferred.</strong><br />? Strong understanding of AML, KYC, and compliance regulations.<br />? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br />? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.<br />? Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in basic computer applications.<br />?
