Progressive Cabinets & Millwork is Atlantic Canada?s premiere supplier of multi-unit, commercial, and residential cabinetry and millwork. As we continue to grow, so does our team! We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dynamic Project Manager to join us.
We need a a strategic leader who ensures successful project execution by coordinating teams, managing resources, and driving timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
SUMMARY
The Project Manager is ultimately responsible all aspects of cabinetry and custom millwork projects, including planning, design coordination, fabrication, and installation. This role involves working closely with clients, contractors, developers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
JOB DUTIES
* Lead and manage multiple cabinetry and custom millwork projects from inception through final installation.
* Preparation of estimates and quotes.
* Review shop drawings and secure customer sign offs as required.
* Monitor project progress, manage changes, and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the design, fabrication, or installation phases.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor installations, ensuring quality and timely execution.
* Work closely with Purchasing, Processing, Production, and the Installation Team to effectively and efficiently address questions or issues pertaining to any aspect of the project(s).
* Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including cost forecasts and risk assessments.
* Foster strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
* Lead project meetings and communicate updates to all stakeholders effectively.
*REQUIREMENTS*
· Min. 3 years of project management experience
· Strong preference given to those with previous experience in the cabinet manufacturing industry
· Strong focus on occupational health and safety.
· Exceptional organization skills.
· Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
· Valid Class 5 driver?s license with a clean driver?s abstract.

* Project management: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* Class 5 Licence with clean driving record (required)
