*Job Title: Supervisor * *Location:* On-site *Type:* Full-time *Pay:* $20.88 per hour *Hours:* 40 per week ? evenings and weekends - flexibility required *About the Role:* As a *Supervisor* at *S.P.I.K.E Inc.*, you will be the driving force behind our team?s success and the cornerstone of our resident support. Your role combines leadership, creativity, and hands-on involvement to maintain the high standards of care and philosophy we pride ourselves on. *What You?ll Do:* *Lead with Impact:* Build strong, respectful relationships, model SPIKE?s philosophy, and create a motivating environment. Your leadership will involve inspiring your team, mediating conflicts, and encouraging innovative solutions. *Manage Staff Effectively:* Oversee performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure thorough training. Handle scheduling and maintain high standards of care and job adherence. *Support Residents:* Act as a liaison with families and agencies, advocate for residents, and manage their healthcare needs, including appointments and medication. *Ensure Compliance:* Stay updated with SPIKE?s policies, manage documentation, and oversee household operations.
