*Job Summary*
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of food handling and service, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in the kitchen. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for menu creation, kitchen management, and ensuring that all dishes meet our quality standards while fostering a positive work environment.
*Duties*
* Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
* Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
* Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to maintain profitability.
* Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen at all times.
* Address any customer feedback or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within a restaurant setting.
* Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
* Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
* Demonstrated ability in team management and fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills to interact with both kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
