*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Store Manager. *What You?ll Do:* * Train staff on product knowledge and fitting expertise to elevate sales and customer satisfaction. * Motivate, guide, and support staff with positive, hands-on leadership. * Ensure all customer issues are handled swiftly and professionally. * Keep displays fresh, manage inventory, and follow all store protocols. * Drive in-store promotions, follow up with customers, and set appointments to keep them coming back. * Demonstrate proficiency in all store operations, processes, and procedures, ensuring visual and inventory guidelines are followed. * Maintain up-to-date displays and ensured timely completion of retail price changes, promotions, and signage. * Oversee team training in-store systems and secure all assets and the store according to company protocols. * Model company policies, maintain accurate timecards, and ensure team compliance with meal period requirements. * Provide motivational leadership, offering feedback, and enforcing a harassment-free workplace. * Participate actively in staff meetings, training, and store inventory management while adhering to health and safety protocols. *Qualifications* * Minimum of 2 years of supervised experience in a retail environment in a Lingerie Store. * Proficiency in POS systems and cash-handling procedures * Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management * Excellent customer service and sales management abilities * Demonstrated ability in time management and prioritizing tasks * Knowledge of retail merchandising and pricing strategies Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at our Lingerie Store and contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while developing your career in retail management.
