Job details
Operates CNC Brake Machine. Performs machine set-up and programming for daily production. *Key Responsibilities and Duties:* * Works under the direction of the Shop Team Lead * Fabricates product using drawings, work packages, and verbal instructions * Programs new Jobs to meet engineering requirements * Responsible to perform first off inspections and overall quality * Meets all set deadlines and production expectations * Work well as a team member * Maintains a clean and safe working environment. *Qualifications:* * Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training * One (1) or more years directly related experience * Ability to interpret and understand Engineering drawings and manufacturing processes * Mechanically inclined *Working Conditions:* * 40 hour work week (Monday to Friday, eight (8) hours per day) * Fast-paced manufacturing environment * Physically demanding * Frequent standing, bending, walking, and stretching * Lifting of light and heavy materials Work Schedule: * Monday - Friday 3:30PM - 12:00AM Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Company events * Dental care * Disability insurance * Life insurance * On-site parking * Vision care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Evening shift Experience: * Brake Press Machine: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationWinnipeg, MB
