We are seeking a dedicated *Part-Time Associate Dentist* to join our friendly, patient-centered practice. *About Us:* Our practice is committed to delivering exceptional, personalized dental care in a warm and welcoming environment. We take pride in creating long-term relationships with our patients and ensuring their comfort while providing the highest quality of care. *Position Overview:* As a part-time associate dentist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of dental procedures: * *Comprehensive exams and diagnostics* * *Restorative dentistry* * *Extractions* * *Endodontics (root canals)* * *Patient education and preventative care* We believe in fostering a collaborative, positive work environment and are looking for a dentist who shares our passion for helping patients maintain optimal oral health while building trust and rapport. *Key Responsibilities:* * Perform a wide range of dental procedures for patients of all ages. * Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with patients to encourage ongoing care and retention. * Collaborate with our team to provide comprehensive care. * Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventative care. * Stay current on the latest dental advancements and best practices. *Qualifications:* * DDS degree from an accredited dental school. * RCDSO in good standing. * Ability to perform basic exams, restorative procedures, extractions, and endodontics. * A passion for building patient relationships and providing compassionate care. * Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. * Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply! Job Type: Part-time Pay: $89,844.62-$285,456.52 per year Additional pay: * Commission pay Flexible language requirement: * English not required Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationMarkham, ON
