*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in home repair and maintenance, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This role is essential in ensuring that our properties remain in excellent condition, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our clients. *Duties* * Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial property, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. * Respond promptly to service requests and complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. * Conduct routine inspections of property to identify issues that require attention or repair. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to safety protocols. * Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring they are used safely and effectively. *Experience* * Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred. * Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices. * Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and perform repairs independently. * Familiarity with safety protocols related to construction and maintenance work. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
