*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to following safety protocols on-site. *Duties* * Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris and setting up equipment. * Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. * Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople. * Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts in completing projects on time. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. * Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. * Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. * Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work. * A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory. * Must be able to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers.
