*Position Summary:*
Qwik Signs and Digital Print is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to oversee incoming orders, manage communications with clients, and track project progress. This role is essential to ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction, acting as a bridge between clients, employees, and the production team.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Order Management: Receive and process incoming orders, confirming details, timelines, and special requirements.
Employee Coordination: Follow up with employees on the status of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Client Communication: Answer telephones, provide quotes, and offer updates on order status as needed. Notify clients promptly once orders are completed.
Customer Support: Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and accuracy, offering excellent customer service throughout the order lifecycle.
*Qualifications:*
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Basic knowledge of quoting and order tracking processes.
Customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50-$17.50 per hour
Flexible language requirement:

* Weekends as needed
Education:
* Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
* Call center: 1 year (preferred)
* Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
