```Duties``` As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards. Your duties will include: - Creating and preparing high-quality dishes according to menu specifications - Supervising and training kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operations - Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed - Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment - Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations - Collaborating with management to develop new menu items and specials - Monitoring food quality and presentation to meet customer expectations - Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards ```Skills``` To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations and food industry best practices - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in food handling techniques and food safety regulations - Experience in bartending or beverage service is a plus - Familiarity with restaurant management software is preferred Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and skills required for this position.
