*Location: Delluxe Beauty Bar, [Guelph]* *Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time* Join the passionate Delluxe Beauty Bar, where we pride ourselves on exceptional beauty services and professional growth. We're currently looking for a talented Lash Technician eager to expand their skill set in the esthetic industry. *Responsibilities:* * Apply high-quality lash extensions according to client needs and preferences. * Ensure each client receives a personalized consultation to discuss their expectations and desired outcomes. * Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the workspace. * Manage bookings and client follow-ups efficiently. * Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques. * Be willing to train in additional beauty services such as facials, laser treatments, and more to meet the evolving needs of our clientele. *Required Qualifications:* * Certification in lash extensions. * At least 1 year of proven experience in lash application. * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience in other beauty services (brows, skincare, etc.) * Familiarity with salon booking software (will be trained). *What We Offer:* * Competitive pay structure with performance incentives, commission and tips. * Opportunities for professional development and cross-training in other beauty services like facials and laser treatments. * A vibrant and brand new work environment that values creativity and innovation. * Discounts on services and products offered at Delluxe Beauty Bar.
