As a critical player on our team, you?ll operate cutting-edge concrete pumping equipment, working hands-on at diverse construction sites to deliver high-quality concrete exactly where it?s needed. This role is ideal for those who enjoy dynamic, on-site work and take pride in contributing directly to projects that build up the community. Whether you?re experienced or new to concrete pumping, we offer full training, competitive pay, and excellent benefits to support your career. _Selected applicants will be contacted accordingly_ *Job Requirements:* * A valid Class 3 driver?s license with air brake endorsement (Class 1 is an asset). * Previous experience operating concrete pump trucks is preferred but not required; training will be provided. * Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures for operating heavy machinery. * Good communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and job site personnel. * Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment. * Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. *Job Responsibilities:* _Tasks include but are not limited to:_ * Safely operate the concrete pump truck to and from job sites and set up the equipment for pumping * Monitor and control the movement of concrete through the pump and onto the job site * Coordinate with the job site crew to ensure accurate and efficient concrete placement * Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, as well as routine maintenance, to ensure the truck and equipment are in good working condition * Address minor mechanical issues or inform maintenance as needed. * Follow safety protocols and ensure all work is performed to industry standards * Clean and maintain the concrete pump and related equipment after each job. * Keep accurate records of daily operations, including job details and equipment inspections * Concrete truck driving when applicable * Tasks as assigned for on-site maintenance Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Flexible schedule * Life insurance * On-site parking Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationSt. Eustache, MB
