The Marketing Manager at Laurier Optical plays a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across all retail locations. The Marketing Manager will report to the Regional Director and collaborate closely with the sales, operations, and optometry teams.

* Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with Laurier Optical?s business objectives and growth targets.
* *Brand Positioning:*
* Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels to enhance Laurier Optical?s market presence as a trusted provider of quality eyewear and eye care services.
* *Market Research and Competitive Analysis:*
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
*Campaign Management*
* *Promotional Campaigns:*
* Plan and manage seasonal and product-specific promotions (e.g., Back-to-School, Holiday Sales) to drive traffic and increase sales.
* *Digital Marketing Campaigns:*
* Oversee PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
* *Local Store Marketing:*
* Develop tailored marketing initiatives for individual locations to cater to specific demographics and regional opportunities.
*Content Creation and Management*
* *Content Strategy:*
* Develop content calendars, ensuring a steady flow of engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
* *Visual and Written Content:*
* Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-quality marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and in-store signage.
* *Website and Social Media Management:*
* Ensure Laurier Optical?s website and social media platforms are up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for conversions.
*Data Analytics and Reporting*
* *Performance Monitoring:*
* Track the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing regular reports to the leadership team.
* *Data-Driven Decisions:*
* Use data insights to refine strategies, optimize budget allocation, and improve campaign effectiveness.
* *Sales Analysis:*
* Collaborate with the sales team to analyze sales data and assess the impact of marketing initiatives.
*Team Leadership and Collaboration*
* *Team Management:*
* Lead a team of marketing specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
* *Cross-Department Collaboration:*
