*Job Summary* We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part Time Home Stager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics, helping to transform homes into inviting spaces that appeal to potential buyers. This role involves collaborating with real estate agents and homeowners to create visually appealing environments that enhance property value and marketability. *Duties* * Assess properties to determine staging needs and develop a tailored staging plan. * Select and arrange furniture, decor, and accessories to create an attractive ambiance. * Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences. * Manage inventory of staging items, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use. * Set up and dismantle staging setups efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor. * Stay updated on current design trends and market demands to provide informed recommendations. *Requirements* * Previous experience in home staging, interior design, or a related field is preferred but not required. * Strong understanding of color theory, spatial arrangements, and design principles. * Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential. * A valid driver?s license is preferred for transporting staging materials. * Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs, including weekends if necessary.
