We strive to promote personal and professional growth, with a well-balanced outlook for business and personal well- being. *WHAT WE OFFER:* · Competitive salary + positive working environment · Excellent health and dental plan · Room for advancement for those who are interested · PQ (Flex) days and staff appreciation days in addition to vacation *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* _*You will provide accounting services to a portfolio of strata properties.*_ · Monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations · Monthly and year-end journal entries, adjustments and accruals · Providing financial budgeting assistance to Property Managers · Answering client inquiries through email or phone *QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:* 2 years experience in property accounting environment Experience in full-cycle accounting. Exceptional organization skills Experience in Condo Manager is a must! Ability to multi-task and prioritize time Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Paid time off Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Ability to commute/relocate: * Kamloops, BC V2C 2A2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): * Are you legally authorized to work full-time in Canada for any employer? * Are you comfortable with the salary range mentioned above?
