The Marketing Coordinator at Laurier Optical is a hands-on, detail-oriented role designed to support the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing strategies and driving day-to-day operations. This role involves executing digital marketing campaigns, managing in-store merchandising, and coordinating with various teams to ensure consistency and excellence in all marketing efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring the smooth rollout of marketing initiatives.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Campaign Execution and Support*
* *Assist in Strategy Implementation: *Work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies and initiatives, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
* *Campaign Coordination: *Manage the day-to-day logistics of marketing campaigns, including scheduling, asset delivery, and performance tracking.
* *Promotional Materials: *Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, in-store signage, and digital assets.
*Digital Marketing and Social Media Management*
* *Content Creation and Posting: *Develop and post engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) in line with the brand voice and strategy.
* *Website Updates: *Maintain and update the Laurier Optical website, ensuring information is current, accurate, and optimized for SEO.
* *Email Marketing: *Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and customer updates.
* *PPC and Paid Ads Management: *Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, to maximize ROI.
* *Analytics and Reporting: *Monitor digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, providing regular updates to the Marketing Manager.
*In-Store Merchandising*
* *Visual Merchandising: *Develop and implement merchandising plans to ensure all Laurier Optical locations reflect the brand?s image and promote current marketing campaigns.
* *Store Audits: *Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* *Seasonal and Promotional Displays: *Coordinate the setup of seasonal and promotional displays, working closely with store managers to optimize the customer experience.
*Collaboration and Communication*
* *Cross-Functional Coordination: *Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively implemented in-store and online.
* *Vendor and Partner Communication: *Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing collateral, digital assets, and merchandising materials.
* *Customer Engagement: *Support customer engagement initiatives, including events, community outreach, and feedback collection.
*Administrative Support*
* *Marketing Calendar Management: *Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are tracked and met.
* *Inventory Management: *Track and manage the inventory of promotional and merchandising materials, ensuring timely restocking and distribution.
* *Budget Tracking: *Assist in monitoring marketing expenses, ensuring all activities remain within budget.
