*Job Overview* We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of young children. If you have a love for educating and nurturing young minds, this role is perfect for you. *Responsibilities* - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the early childhood curriculum - Create a safe and supportive learning environment for children - Provide individualized attention to each child's needs - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress - Organize and lead educational activities including storytelling, arts and crafts, and music - Monitor and assess children's progress to ensure developmental milestones are met *Qualifications* - Early Childhood Education or related field - Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting - Strong organizational and time management skills - Leadership qualities to guide and inspire young learners - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Knowledge of special education practices is a plus - Passion for educating and nurturing young children Shift 12:30-5:30 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 per hour Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationOshawa, ON
