*At Corner Clubhouse Daycare Centre, we are seeking full time Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECE) to join our team. As part of the team, our educators are focused on delivering programs that challenge and engage the child through play, creativity and imagination. If your passion is working with children, we would love to hear from you!* *In addition to the salary, employees are provided with medical benefits plan.* *Responsibilities and Duties:* * Provide continuous and attentive supervision of children. * Develop program planning and implementation. * Adhere to licensing requirements and program policies and procedures. * Provide and maintain a safe, secure, organized and clean learning environment both in the classroom and outdoors. * Ensure that health, safety and all standards are met according to Ministry regulations. * Prepare and maintain daily attendance, documentation and other reports/records as required. * Assist with children?s meals and snacks including set up and clean up. * Other duties as assigned. *Job Type / Category* * Available for various shifts including opening and closing the Centre. *Required Education, Skills and Qualifications* * Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ECE Diploma * ECE?s must be registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators * Recent Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Check * Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification * Knowledge of the CCEYA and of "How Does Learning Happen?" * Current immunization record including TB testing (two-step). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Experience planning and implementing age appropriate programs. * Able to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment. * Positive attitude and enthusiasm. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $24.51 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationKingston, ON
