*Overview* We are seeking dedicated and hardworking employees to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks . This role requires honesty, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Laborer will contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. *Duties* * MINIMUM 3 YEARS of TILE INSTALLATION required : Demoliton, Tile Installation, cement boards, kerdi systems, niches * Able to work on your own with minimal supervision * Assist in loading and unloading materials and products. * Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing work areas. * Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Follow instructions from supervisors regarding daily tasks and responsibilities. * Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks as needed. * Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. * Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job. *Requirements* * Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is MANDATORY. * Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day. * Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. * EXPERT nowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus. * Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. * Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety practices.
