With almost a century of facility service experience, state of the art business practices, environmentally friendly processes and supplies and an established global reputation, we offer unrivaled client experience and satisfaction. *Responsibilities:* * Cultivate a culture that promotes inclusion, innovation, productivity, and collaboration. * Build strong relationships, listen intently, and utilize clear & transparent communication. * Dry mops, wet mop (wash/scrub) and polishes hard surface floors * Strips and finishes hard surface floors manually or with power equipment when required. * Transports garbage from drop points to garbage bins or compactor. Removes waste and recycling. * Check high dusting, vents and other horizontal surfaces * Office, common areas, exterior cleaning, window cleaning * Full clean mirrors, dispensers, all bright work, counters, faucets, flushometers, toilet seat hinges, etc. * Replenish all washroom supplies including hand towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and sanitary napkins * Empty all waste containers. Wash and sanitize thoroughly. Reline containers and remove waste to designated area. * Spot clean all doors, kick plates, and walls. Remove fingerprint marks and smudges from all vertical surfaces. * Cleans stairwells and elevator cabs where ladders are required. * Respond to tenant requests. *Requirements:* * Meticulous attention to detail. * Sense of urgency & able to take direction * Teamwork and cooperation skills; must be reliable * Safety conscious. * Can pass a background check * Reliable transportation *Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check * GDI Services (Canada) LP is committed to accommodating applicant?s with disabilities up to the point of undue hardship during the recruitment, assessment and selection process.
