Perks!</span></strong><span> </span></span></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Competitive salary - base salary + commission structure</span></li> <li><span>Excellent benefit package with premiums paid by the company</span></li> <li><span>Company vehicle + fuel card</span></li> <li><span>RRSP Match</span></li> <li><span>Safety-minded organization</span></li> <li><span>Stable, year-round employment</span></li> <li><span>Continuous training, learning and development opportunities</span></li> <li><span>Fun-loving work environment with strong social responsibility</span></li> </ul> </div> </div><p><span><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></span></p> <p><span><em>Duties and Responsibilities:</em></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various methods including cold calling on jobsites, as well as networking and following up on warm leads</span></li> <li><span>Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate equipment solutions</span></li> <li><span>Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis</span></li> <li><span>Maintain a detailed understanding of company products and services to provide accurate and comprehensive information to clients</span></li> <li><span>Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales</span></li> <li><span>Negotiate terms of rental agreements and close sales</span></li> <li><span>Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships</span></li> <li><span>Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system</span></li> <li><span>Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company’s products and services</span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong>What You’ll Bring to the Team</strong></span></p> <p><span><em>Qualifications and Requirements:</em></span></p> <ul> <li><span>At least 5 years of experience in an Outside Sales role (preferably in equipment rentals or a related industry)</span></li> <li><span>At least 2 years of experience in the Construction Equipment Rental industry.</span></li> <li><span>Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is an asset</span></li> <li><span>Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</span></li> <li><span>Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship building and interpersonal skills</span></li> <li><span>Self-motivated with a results-driven approach</span></li> <li><span>Team-player, with the ability to interact with both customers and colleagues in a professional manner</span></li> <li><span>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively</span></li> <li><span>Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite</span></li> <li><span>Valid G driver’s license and a satisfactory driver's abstract</span></li> </ul><p><span>Want to learn more about this as well as other opportunities at Cooper?
