*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and managing a team of staff to deliver a high-quality dining experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the restaurant industry, and the ability to handle various operational tasks efficiently. *Duties* * Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards. * Supervise and train staff in food preparation, customer service, and cash handling procedures. * Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a skilled workforce. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling practices. * Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menu items that meet customer preferences. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas. *Skills* * Strong team management abilities to lead and motivate staff effectively. * Proficient in food preparation techniques and knowledgeable about kitchen operations. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial management within a restaurant setting. * Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. * Strong interviewing skills to identify suitable candidates for various positions within the restaurant. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
