Here, you will have the opportunity to flourish in a stable and rewarding job, making a real difference every day.</p><br><div>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</div><p>We are currently looking for an empathetic Beneficiary Attendant who is concerned about the well-being of residents <BR><BR>The Resident Attendant ensures the comfort, well-being, safety and general needs of residents by providing them with hygiene and comfort care.<BR><BR>Permanent full-time position, in the form of 7/15 (between 24 and 32 hours per week) in the evening and every other weekend.</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>All other related tasks</li></ul><div>Health Care</div><ul><li>Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies</li><li>Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics</li><li>Answering call bells</li><li>Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around</li><li>Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations</li><li>In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .</li><li>Proactively assist and support the residents</li><li>Respond to all emergency situations</li><li>While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>PDSB training</li><li>Up to date CPR / AED training certificates</li><li>Law 90 training</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Salary to be discussed</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Referral Program</li><li>Applicable government premium of $ 4</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Social leave and family obligations</li><li>Human management approach</li><li>Ongoing training</li><li>Consistent schedule</li><li>Career Opportunity</li><li>Welcome and integration Program</li><li>Recognition program</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Evening</div>- LocationSaint-Charles-Borromée, QC
