*Job Summary* We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles, maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment, and contributing to the overall success of our salon. *Responsibilities* * Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to clients' needs and preferences. * Sanitate all tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations to ensure a clean environment for clients. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired styles and provide professional recommendations. * Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales. * Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. * Maintain knowledge of current trends in hair styling and beauty products to provide informed advice to clients. * Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal. * Proficient in various hair styling techniques and trends. * Experience in retail sales is a plus, with the ability to effectively upsell products. * A valid cosmetology license is required. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
