Candidates are invited to apply for the above-mentioned position to work at our Errinrung home, located in Thornbury, ON. Qualifications: Must have mechanical aptitude, and be able to read and write the English language. Experience in electrical, plumbing, patchwork, painting preferred Ability to work safely, following established safety practices and procedures. Knowledgeable about WHMIS, OH & S High School Diploma College level trade certificate is an asset Responsibilities: Follow the home's Preventive Maintenance Program as well as the Demand Maintenance Program Regularly perform the various tasks described in the programs Regularly checking completed maintenance logs in each department/home area of the home Complete repairs as necessary including not limited to: Painting, wall repair, small leak, install (toilet, sink, tiling, doors, replace light fixtures, install- LocationThornbury, ON
