************************************************************************************************Job Title: Marine Detail Designer (Piping Spatial)Location: Halifax, NSReports To: Team LeadKeywords: #Marine.industry.jobs #Piping.design.jobs #Marine.jobsThe focus of this role will be within the layouts discipline of outfit spatial detail design engineering.Piping spatial integration:* Knowledge of mechanical routed system types* Knowledge of applicable material selections* Knowledge of various forms / types of pipe supports and appropriate hot work* Appreciation of human factors and maintenance in compressed compartment layouts.* Competent in the reading and interpretation of Piping and Instrumentation DiagramsPrinciple Responsibilities:Customer* Interacts with customer technical focal points as required* Be able to interact well with both internal and external stakeholders and communicate technical issues; propose solutions for features which do not meet the requirements etc.* Supporting- LocationDartmouth, NS
