We are looking for a highly motivated front desk receptionist/dental receptionist to join our team at Xfinity Dental. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with OpenDental is beneficial but not required and training will be provided. Responsibilities: * Greet patients and visitors, and provide a warm and friendly welcome * Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment book * Verify insurance coverage and process payments * Coordinate with dental assistants and dentists to ensure a smooth patient flow * Maintain accurate and organized patient records * Perform other administrative duties as needed Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Experience in OpenDental software beneficial but not required * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment We offer a competitive salary, and opportunities for growth and personal development.
