Our team is looking for a dedicated and friendly Dental Hygienist who loves to build strong patient relationships and thrive in a positive work environment!_ *Position:* Dental Hygienist *Hours:* Monday through Friday, Fridays are optional for those who want a flexible schedule! *Schedule:* * *Monday:* 9 AM - 7 PM * *Tuesday:* 9 AM - 5 PM * *Wednesday:* 9 AM - 5 PM * *Thursday:* 9 AM - 7 PM * *Friday:* 8 AM - 1 PM (optional) *About Our Clinic Culture:* Our practice isn?t just about patient care; it?s about creating a warm, family-like atmosphere where everyone feels valued. Here, you?ll be surrounded by people who believe in supporting one another while making every day a little brighter. *What We?re Offering:* * *Hourly Rate:* $47-54 (depending on experience) * *Vacation Pay:* 6% * *Perks:* One hour for lunch, dental benefits, scrub allowance , and an end-of-year bonus * *Equipment & Tools:* Cavi and Piezo technology, Oraqix desensitization, traditional rubber cup polishing, and well-maintained scalers (re-tipped on request) * *Tech & Scheduling:* Dentrix software in a fully digital office; hygienists book their own schedules, allowing full control and flexibility *What You?ll Experience Here:* Imagine a workday where you can provide care confidently and independently! Our 90-minute New Patient/COE appointments and one-hour recall appointments allow you to work at your own pace, providing the quality care each patient deserves. You?ll have access to top-notch tools and technology, from advanced ultrasonics to high-quality scalers, helping you deliver comfortable, thorough care every time. Plus, with Dentrix software and a digital office setup, patient management is smooth and streamlined. *What We?re Looking For:* * A licensed Dental Hygienist who is comfortable and skilled in building rapport and establishing trust with patients * A warm, compassionate approach, ready to support patients with their oral health journey ? * A team player with a friendly and positive attitude who?s excited to contribute to our fun and respectful culture Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $47.00-$54.00 per hour Expected hours: 34 ? 40 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Dental care * On-site parking * Paid time off Schedule: * Day shift Work Location: In person- LocationCornwall, ON
