*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and have experience in industrial maintenance. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment. Your expertise will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and safely. Candidate will be working closely with our Master Industrial Millwright Supervisor. *Responsibilities* * Install, align, and maintain machinery and equipment according to specifications. * Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues to determine necessary repairs or adjustments. * Maintenance of pumps, conveyors, compressors, mechanical systems, rollers & chains, bearings and hydraulics involved in the manufacturing process. * Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand system layouts. * Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate. * Work with apprentices to further their knowledge of the trade. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. *Requirements* * Provincial Red Seal Industrial Millwright * Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance. * Familiarity with low voltage electrical systems and components. * Ability to read and interpret schematics related to mechanical systems. * Strong analytical skills for diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. * Previous experience as a Supervisor or Management is a plus Join us in maintaining the integrity of our operations while contributing to a safe and productive work environment.
