*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems and be able to perform a variety of tasks related to installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing fixtures and systems. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. *Responsibilities* * Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial settings. * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. * Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. * Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using appropriate techniques. * Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. * Perform welding tasks as needed for pipe repairs or installations. * Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and HVAC technicians, to ensure comprehensive project completion. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations. *Skills* * Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics related to plumbing systems. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. * Experience with hand tools and power tools commonly used in plumbing work. * Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations during installations. * Ability to assemble various components of plumbing systems efficiently. * Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus but not required.
