*Job Summary* We are looking for an caring and dedicated RECE to run our toddler room of 5 children. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment with developmentally appropriate activities for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Your position requires a commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education and ensuring that each child feels valued and supported. You must be able to communicate and build a strong positive relationship with parents. We are a small center with 4 employees. You must be able to work efficiently and collaboratively within our close- knit team *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. * Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity. * Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning community. * Maintain a clean and organized classroom space, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible. * Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. * Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience within the program. * Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities *Experience* * Registered Early Childhood Education * Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable. * An understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff. * Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children are essential qualities for success in this role.
