*We're hiring!* Our team based in Leamington, Ontario is looking for a passionate graphic designer to join us at Elite Mediaworks! Apply today! *Compensation:* * $18 - $20 an hour *Responsibilites:* * To understand the design needs of our clients * Prepare and produce proposals and proofs for clients to be approved for printing * Develop designs based on client requirements and feedback * Work in tandem with clients to develop great work * Identify and utilize appropriate software (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Roland VersaWorks) * Update clients and report to management on progress, changes and adjustments * Handle confidential documents carefully * Collaborate with team for successful project completion during tight deadlines and complex jobs * Ensure the final product is proof read for accuracy and quality *Qualifications:* * Must be in Leamington and surrounding area (not remote) * Previous experience with Graphic Design outside of school (min. 1-2 years) * Strong communication skills * Team player * Able to meet tight deadlines * Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced working environment * Great project management skills * You have an eye for clean, simple and elevated layout and design * You self-motivate and self-start when it comes to projects * Get things done quickly and efficiently while paying close attention to detail * On top of design trends and best practices * Well versed in Photoshop and Illustrator If you are excited about the role but don?t meet every single requirement outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
