Furthermore, COGIR Immobilier's success is based on good teamwork between the different departments and on all the people who have joined the company for over 25 years.</p><br><div>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</div><p>We are currently looking for talented nursing assistants who care about the health of residents.<BR><BR>The nursing assistant team administers medication and ensures that residents' files are updated in the computer tool. They respond to emergencies and work closely with the health services manager and other departments (kitchen, dining room, maintenance, reception, etc.).<BR><BR>Permanent part-time position, Week 1 - 16h / Week 2 - 24h, evening from 15h to 23h and every other weekend.</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics</li><li>Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations</li><li>Create and maintain metuculous notes in the residents Dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ)</li><li>Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents</li><li>Respond to all emergency situations</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing</li><li>PDSB training</li><li>Up to date CPR / AED training certificates</li><li>Member of the OIIAQ</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Salary to be discussed</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Referral Program</li><li>Recognition program</li><li>Possibility of advancement</li><li>Sick days and time off for family obligations</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Social Club activities, gifts and substantial discounts</li><li>Consistent schedule</li><li>Human management approach</li><li>A welcoming and tight-knit team!</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Part Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Evening</div>- LocationLongueuil, QC
