*Coffee Roaster* Elysian Coffee is hiring a Coffee Roaster for our roasting operation. Need to have a high attention to detail, a desire to solve problems and improve the daily working conditions. Logistics and coffee experience are a must. Duties include: * Roasting & packing coffee * Green bean buying and forecasting, quality control, cupping coffee * Managing schedule for roasting, maintenance and cleanliness of the facility * Purchasing supplies and logistics (servicing 4 cafes, commissary & roastery) * Inventory management * Shipping & receiving * Answering customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues with orders Wage between $28-35, depending on experience. On top of this, we offer: * Extended health benefits up to $1000/year Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 ? 40 per week Benefits: * Casual dress * Discounted or free food * Extended health care * Flexible schedule * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-11-01- LocationVancouver, BC
