Occupational Therapist, Long-Term Care Rehabilitation Services POSITION TITLE: Occupational Therapist PROGRAM: Long-Term Care ADP Services LOCATION: LTC Home in Owen Sound STATUS: Permanent/Contractor HOURS: Part-Time REMUNERATION: Competitive This position is only open to those legally entitled to work in Canada. SUMMARY We require a skilled Occupational Therapist (ADP Authorizer) to provide the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) to Residents in a Long-Term Care Home in Owen Sound, ON. You will be responsible for providing assessments, recommendations, and equipment prescription for Residents who have been referred for an ADP Assessment. You will also serve as a resource and educator to the Home's staff and Residents/Families regarding equipment recommendations.
